Gerhard Moss

President/CEO

Industry Experience

Moss has experience working in the communication industry with an emphasis on critical power systems. His experience has taken him from a DC power technician in 1994, to a project manager in 1997, transitioning into sales and executive management in 1999. At which time Moss was responsible for growing a small electrical contracting business into a $25 Million nationally recognized critical power systems and communication infrastructure provider. After this accomplishment Moss went on to serve as the executive VP of TAIC for 6 years prior to establishing Dashcom Services in 2011. Dashcom Services is a top-rated national provider of DC power systems, Critical AC Electrical, and Communication Infrastructure.

Christopher J Robert

General manager

24 Years Industry Experience

Robert has 24 years of experience working in the Wireless Communication field. His experience has taken him from a a Cell Site Technician in 1998, to an Operation Switch Manager in 2010 transitioning into executive management and becoming an Engineering Construction Manager for Verizon Wireless in 2012. After this accomplishment, Robert continued with Verizon Wireless for a few years before moving to Dashcom Services, and becoming the Vice President in 2019. Robert is also currently working on his Bachelor’s in Small Business Development.

Ponch Fello

Electrical Division

19 Years Industry Experience

Starting as an Electrical Apprentice in the late 90’s, Ponch found himself a natural in the industry. During his apprenticeship, Ponch started with service calls and became a Service Technician for the next 10 years. Ponch delivered exceptional customer service and satisfaction to employers and customers alike as he continued to climb his way up.

Taking these skills into management, Ponch became the Electrical Division Manager for Dashcom Services in 2018. From minimal beginnings, the Division now works consistently with major GC’s in the valley and is growing new relationships nationwide.

As a member of IAEI Central Arizona Chapter, Ponch was elected to the chapters board for a third year in November 2019. His belief that continued education is detrimental to professional growth, motivated him to pursue and complete his four-year IECA apprenticeship with high marks in 2002. Since joining Dashcom, Ponch has already obtained the Electrical Contractors License for Arizona and California, with the goal to progress into many other states.

Fernando Arzo

Regional Director - California

10 Years Industry Experience

Fernando started his career by building homes for 11 years in his father’s construction company. His knowledge in construction gave him the abilities to problem solve and succeed in transitioning into the telecommunications field. The construction knowledge he brought when starting with Dashcom Services in 2012 provided the company more possibilities in taking on different types of projects. Under his leadership, he has helped Dashcom Services build a strong and successful Telecommunication Construction installation division.

Fernando has now been with Dashcom Services for over 7 years, starting off as a DC Power Installer, and then moving to Project Manager. Now as a Director, Fernando is currently heading the California market region.

Steve Nesvik

Corporate Controller

8 Years Industry Experience

After graduating in 1988 from Arizona State University with a BS in Accounting, Steve started his career in public accounting.  He provided audit services to several different industries.

After his time in public accounting, Steve moved on to the private sector. Steve has over 22 years’ experience as a Controller primarily in the Construction Industry.  As a Controller, his goals include providing timely and accurate monthly financial statements, leading the accounting team, and providing data to help with the company’s growth.

Outside of the office, Steve enjoys playing golf, traveling, and attending ASU Sporting Events.


Freddie Chism

Director of Engineering

12 years Industry Experience

Freddie began his career as a jack of all trades in many industries before making his way into telecommunications. He served honorably in the Army and the Air Force, and during his leaves from service, he would work and go to school both full-time. After completing his service and earning two AOS from DeVry University in Electronics and Network Engineering, Freddie began his career in the industry as a National Logistics Director for warehousing and transportation.

In 2001, he took a position with Old Castle Glass as a Production Manager where he had the highest safety record the company ever held. After his position at Old Castle, Freddie decided to open his own business building custom homes and commercial water proofing.After completing this successful venture for a few years, he moved to Globe and worked in the mines for the next 35 years; building even more experience, leading boring and excavating crews in digging trenches, footers, operating heavy equipment and more before being recruited into Telecommunications.

Freddie has since worked in the Utility and Fiber division of Telecommunications for 12 years. In 2018 he joined Dashcom Services and immediately expanded the Utility department, quickly becoming Director of Engineering within the first year.

Dustin Hulett

Radio Frequency Division Manager

4 Years Industry Experience

Dustin Hulett began his career in telecommunications in 2018 with Dashcom as an electrician and entry level DC power technician. Prior to his employment with Dashcom he spent 5 years building and renovating commercial and residential homes and businesses. He also spent 2 years as a table games dealer while still doing some construction on the side. When the opportunity with Dashcom presented itself, he was very excited to expand his horizon and begin his career in the industry. Within his first 2 years he worked for every division in the company taking advantage of all opportunities offered and found himself in the RF division constructing cell towers. Starting as a level 1 tower tech he leaned the trade quickly and was a foreman within the first year of starting RF. In 2022 he was offered the management roll of the El Paso RF market. He quickly took the opportunity and moved to El Paso and continues to manage and help build the market.

Charles Williams

Director of Business Development

24 years Industry Experience

Charles Williams has 24 years of wireless industry experience with extensive network design and deployment successes. His professional and leadership journey in wireless covers many aspects of wireless network deployment from RF Design/Optimization Engineer, Management of Site Acq and A&E services, Program/Project Management, Transport, Construction Management, and Integration. He has both designed and managed the deployment of networks and led a successful regional start up that supported the wireless industry with quality auditing, construction management services, small cell deployment and electrical services. His work reflected a proven and consistent track record for developing organizational processes that deliver results for clients safely and

efficiently.

In 2020, Charles joined the Dashcom Services team as the Director of Business Development focusing on current and future growth opportunities for the organization. Charles’ experience in the telecom industry and leadership experiences has uniquely equipped him to understand the need for constant organizational change to meet the ever-changing demands of industry and client needs. He enjoys collaborating with team members, being a #girldad, and riding horses.

Danny Allen

Southern California OSP Manager

20 Years Industry Experience

Danny Allen has over 20 years of in the field construction, OSP development and implementation experience. He has spent many of these years as a Project manager, Site supervisor and Safety Manager.

Danny joined our Dashcom team in 2020 and is focusing on growing our brand and business in the Southern California markets. His extensive experience with all facets of construction and safety will assure all work is done correctly and most importantly safely.

Dominique Payan

Human Resources

10+ years Industry Experience

Dominique Payan began her Human Resources career in 2008 working with AT&T and US Cellular in the telecommunications industry within the business process outsourcing world. Dominique quickly excelled and grew to providing exceptional people operation services for the Radio Broadcasting industry, SiriusXM, within the same organization by 2012. 

Dominique shifted on to learning the Dental industry in a laboratory setting from 2015 to 2022. Through that career chapter, she is honored to have worked with an exceptional team in growing the company’s workforce, creating CORE values, improving process, leading the company through COVID-19 in 2020, and making an impact on providing support to all employees. 

In March of 2022, after a proven 14 years in the HR field, Dominique joined forces with Dashcom Services as their HR Director. She is passionate about continuing to cultivate her Human Resources career within a top-rated national provider of DC Power Systems, Critical AC Electrical, and Communications Infrastructure.

Ryan Schmidt

Safety Director

10 years Industry Experience

Ryan Schmidt began his career right after college where he went to school for Urban Planning and Sociology with a minor in Marketing.  Ryan started off in the office doing site drawings and then transitioned to working in the field. From gaining the experience to work in the field and learning about site hazards he went on to continue his education for keeping people safe on the job.

Ryan then went on to take the CHST (Construction Health and Safety Technician) through the Board of Certified Safety Professionals.  He is also certified through OSHA which he has attained his OSHA 30, 500 and 510.  Through these courses he is now an OSHA instructor and can certify employees to get their OSHA 10 and 30.  He also completed his train the trainer course to be able to certify employees to have their forklift license.

Being very detailed orientated and organized he was able to get his pilot’s license and can fly single and multi-engine aircrafts.   Ryan is very passionate about the construction health/safety field and continues to learn about new safety practices and procedures for the industry.

Eric Hinton

AZ Wireless Operations Division Manager

20 years Industry Experience

Eric began his career in computer technology in 2002 and obtained his degree in computer networking. Eric then joined Quorum Review’s team where he learned information technology and exceled into overseeing server audits remotely for 4 years. Eric was involved with the integration of upgrading server systems. Following this he changed his industry interest and joined Dashcom Services, LLC. Eric started as a level 1 Tower Technician and quickly excelled through levels 2 – 4 construction cell phone towers, growing to the Foreman role, then all the way to becoming Dashcom’s AZ Wireless Operations Division Manager, collaborating with a great team and several known carries such as Verizon, T-Mobile, COX Communications, and AT&T. Eric has acquired an immense amount of knowledge and skills through these opportunities. He continues to expand his knowledge within the industry health/safety field and continues to learn about new safety practices and procedures for the industry.
